Linette is currently part of our professional liability litigation teams.  She has become proficient in ESI discovery, investigations, and deposition preparation.  Linette has also participated in discovery motion practice and gained valuable insight into complex litigation strategy and document review.  As a law student, she was a member of the Labor Law Pro Bono, where she acquired a special interest in Labor and Employment Law, and presided over it in 2013-2014 when the labor and employment blog “La Jornada” was founded.  She also collaborated with drafting of the “Manual de los Trabajadores y Trabajadoras”, a general manual of labor and employment legislation for workers.

She worked part-time as a law clerk in Gnocchi-Franco Law Offices all though her law school career.  As a law clerk, she focused on product liability litigation in state and federal court. This experience taught her to quickly and effectively become proficient in technical subjects.  She also worked in the Labor and Employment Clinic in her third year of law school. After graduating, she worked in Aerostar Airport Holdings, LLC’s (the administrator of Puerto Rico’s Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport) at the Legal and Risk Management Departments.
